REINHOLD FOUNDATION LEADERSHIP INITIATIVE

As part of its grant making program, The Paul E. and Klare N. Reinhold Foundation, Inc. works to support nonprofit organizations that serve Clay County, Florida – the community that provided such a fulfilling life for founders Paul and Klare Reinhold.
Through its Leadership Development Initiative, the Foundation focuses on strengthening the nonprofit sector by strengthening the leadership of nonprofit organizations that serve Clay County. Any 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides services to Clay County residents is eligible to apply.
In 2012, the Paul & Klare Reinhold Foundation will be offering three separate leadership grant opportunities through its Leadership Development Initiative.
1) The Reinhold Foundation Nonprofit Team Leadership Development Program is a five-day curriculum for professional staff members, senior volunteer leaders, and board members, and is taught by Rollins College Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership Center. The Program focuses on nonprofit best practices for building a sustainable organization.
2) The Reinhold Foundation Successful Fundraising and Development Program (new this year!) is a five-day in depth fundraising curriculum for nonprofits that have previously participated in the Reinhold Foundation Nonprofit Team Leadership Development Program. This Program is designed to build upon the knowledge learned in the Team Leadership Development Program and lay the foundation for strategic fundraising.
3) The Reinhold Foundation Individual Leadership Development Program returns by popular demand. A limited number of grants of up to $5,000 each will be awarded to help organizations underwrite the cost of leadership training for the executive director, senior staff, board members, or other key individuals.
